Saturday once again and I have to confess I haven't even looked at a scrap page, let alone made one. I have just been so busy this week, with family staying and hubby away fishing in France all week. He came home yesterday with bag loads of smelly washing. Ugg!
So here are a couple I prepared at the beginning of April, which I never got around to showing.
The first one was for a challenge about dreams and ambitions. My dream has always been to write my own novel, but I think I am too lazy to ever get around to finishing it. I actually posed for this picture on purpose, is that sad?
The letters were my bargain thicker letters from a local garden centre, which I decorated with a bit of bling.
No, but I read Paper, Scissors, Death by Joanna Campbell Slan and will be reviewing the second book in the series Cut, Crop and Die on Wednesday. Fun little cozy mysteries but tons of stuff on scrapping. Your red nose pic is adorable. Have a great week!
ReplyDeleteLovely scrapping as always, Viv. What did you use with the mask letters? I cant get on with them - was it paint? Or lots of ink? Also on the DREAM - what's the white over the letters?
ReplyDeleteKaye - I heard about those books, are they good?
ReplyDeleteAnne - the letters are the white thickers, I just went round it with a brown pen.
I haven't scrapped or wrote in my journal. When school is out in two weeks, I should be able to have time to be more creative. I love your I Have a Dream layout!

I love your scrapping pictures. I think it's amazing all the ideas you come up with. I got the card making and stamping things I bought from my niece this week. I'm still trying to decide what I want to do with them. They is so much to choose from out there. Have a great weekend!
ReplyDeleteLove these, especially how you've embellished 'dream' on the 1st layout and the Red Nose day layout is very cute!

ReplyDeleteI don't think it's sad at all that you posed for the photo, especially as the photo and the LO turned out really well.
