On Saturday I was invited along with other bloggers to the Hodder Children's /Orchard Books blogger brunch in Hatchette Towers just off Warren Street in London. The event was held on the 16th floor, with a ceiling to floor window overlooking London. The sun was shining and we were presented with a beautiful view of London.
There were lots of goodies there for us to have. A copy of Graffiti Moon by Cath Crowley, Anna Dressed In Blood by Kendare Blake, but the book we were all waiting for,
A Witch In Love by Ruth Warburton, who was there to meet us too.
We were shown highlights of the books coming out between July and December and we were all taken with the artwork in the the little booklet about The Blessed by Tonya Hurley. Raimy from Readaraptor and Lynsey from Narratively Speaking, being wowed by the new releases.
Victoria, Laure and Corinne entertained us with highlights of forthcoming books, teasing us with snippets of what is to come.

It was amazing to get the opportunity to talk to Ruth Warburton about her writing and her new book, A Witch In Love. We were all fans of A Witch in Winter, the first book in the trilogy.

We were treated to lunch which included mixed rolls and sandwiches as well as some extremely lovely tartlets! It was a wonderful event, where we all got excited about the new books yet to come from Hodder Children's Books and Orchard Books this year. The ones below are just the books coming out in July!
Thank you Victoria, Laure and Corinne for a lovely brunch.
