From My Review Pile (3) : Ghost Flower by Michelle Jaffe

From the Review Pile is a meme hosted by Stepping Out of the Page every Thursday.
The aim of this meme is to showcase books that you've received for review (or any book that you own and really want to read/review) but haven't yet got around to reading, in order to give the book some extra publicity.

I received this book back in April, thinking I would really it really quickly and then somehow, other books pushed it down my TBR pile. I read the first book by this author last year and really enjoyed it. I found her writing style refreshing and I was instantly drawn into Rosebush. So on receiving this I was desperate to read it. And yet here I am a few months down the line and still I haven't read it.  Michelle Jaffe writes teen thrillers and I would definitely recommend her books.

Goodreads Summary
Eve, a runaway, finds a new job at a coffee shop on the outskirts of Tuscon. When she's approached by two wealthy teens who claim she bears an uncanny resemblance to their missing cousin Aurora, her life takes a turn for the dark and mysterious. Drawn into a scheme to win Aurora's inheritance, Eve finds herself impersonating the girl, who disappeared three years ago on the night her best friend Elizabeth died. But when Liza's ghost begins to haunt Eve, doing harm to the people close to her under the guise of "protecting" her, Eve finds herself in a nightmare maze of lies and deception that leads her to question even her own identity. She realises her only chance is to uncover the truth about what happened the night Liza died, and to find Liza's killer - before she's next.

  1. I thought I would read this one back in April too, but it's somehow been pushed down the review pile. Hopefully I'll get to it soon! Still need to read Rosebush too!
