Nora rolled her eyes as she lifted her handcuffed wrists and pretended to scratch her ear. Most days she cursed her unruly black hair for its mass of waves and curls that took an hour to tame. but she loved it on days like this.
Goodreads Summary
Mistress Nora needs a vacation. She might be the one flogging the clients, but Kingsley, her sexy French boss, is the real sadist who rarely gives her a day off. They strike a backseat deal: Nora gets one month off and a trip to Europe if she can sneak into a rival BDSM club and get the dirt on the owner. But she’ll need more than her little red riding crop when she comes face to face with Brad Wolfe, the one man who stands between her and freedom.

I will hold my hands up and admit I don't normally read erotica, but a bet was laid before me by @Geek_Queen_Gem  and I took it. I agreed to read this if she would read Dreams by Dani Sacerdoti.
Luckily this novella was quite short at 32 pages so I didn't have to blush for  too long. To be honest, I found the tale quite amusing - I have never ever come across submissives and dominants before, a whole new world laid before me.
It is a really quick story and is presently free on Amazon as it's a prequel to the Siren series which I am told is not full to the brim with sex and does have a really good story to it. Little Red Riding Crop, if you hadn't guessed, follows along the lines of the children's classic tale, Little Red Riding Hood. My mind still boggles over the fact I just read an erotica story based on a children's book and I'm not sure I am comfortable with it.
The main character Nora, is struggling in this book. She is struggling with her identity and looks to change it. Within the story she was the only character that stood out but then this is only a short book, so the characters don't really have time to shine.
So an interesting taster to whet your appetite for the Siren series. Will I be purchasing the first book in the series? Of course!
